1. What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, your pack's gear will arrive within 7-12 business days depending on your location.
2. How do I know which size to pick for my pet?
Every pet is unique! We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your pet's chest and neck circumference to ensure a perfect, comfortable fit for every adventure.
3. What is "Insured Shipping"?
It means we’ve got your back. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you. Your peace of mind is our priority.
4. Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Absolutely. We want your pet to be happy. You can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery. Just contact our pack support at admin@pawlabs.shop to start the process.
5. Are your products safe for heavy pullers or aggressive chewers?
Yes! Our gear, like our No-Pull Harness, is designed with reinforced stitching and premium materials to withstand daily wear and tear. However, we always recommend supervising your pet with new accessories.
6. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website to follow your package's journey from our lab to your front door.
