1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

This processing time allows us to verify payment, perform quality checks, and carefully prepare each order for shipment. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping within the United States.

We work with fulfillment partners and distribution centers to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to help ensure orders arrive safely and on time.

4. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required to file a claim with the carrier.

5. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date so we can help open an investigation with the carrier.
